I am Penelope Rivera, Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I have been working as a counselor since 2003. My passion is helping others experience freedom in their life so they can achieve personal, physical and spiritual well-being. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and I am looking forward to helping you find your freedom.
